Blue Ridge Parkway

This is a 469 mile scenic parkway, weaving through Shenandoah and the Great Smoky Mountains National Parks. There is a great variety of attractions along the parkway, including Grandfather Mountain, Craggy Gardens, the Folk Art Center, caverns, waterfalls, and more.

We recommend visitng Craggy Gardens to see the Rhodendrons in June and July, or for beautiful views year round.

We also recommend Crabtree Falls for those who like to hike. It's a moderate 2.5 mile loop up to the 70 ft. falls.

The nearest milepost to us is 375.
